Oregon Wedding Photographer | Katie & Brian

Brian took Katie to Pok Pok in Portland for their first date… she nervously played with her food…. It was love in the making.  When Brian decided to propose, he wanted to relive their first date but in their home. He ordered Pok Pok, set it up all fancy like and all, he called her to see when she would be coming home, and she had already made plans to go dinner with friends. As you can imagine Brian’s head thinking away for a plan B. Katie exhausted from her very long night shift barely could keep her eyes open as Brian gets down on one knee and proposes to his beautiful half-awake fiancé…. She said yes.

I was truly honored to have met Brian and Katie and listened to their love story begin, and I was even more thrilled to be a part of their wedding knowing this continues their journey as Husband and Wife! The new Mr. & Mrs. were married at her parents beautiful home, yep she was the lucky one playing in the fields, swimming in the pond and venturing along the huge willow trees surrounding. It was a perfect place to be married.

Katie & Brian, I couldn’t be any happier for you both! XO

These gifts to her bridesmaids were darling, more info on those to come

Her Claire Pettibone gown was a 1920’s inspired design, and so so lovely! Katie loved how the train flowed into a leaf shape. Beautiful!

Big thanks to my wonderful Second Shooter Sarah Williams for hanging out with the guys and getting these shots.

We decided to head up to The Vista House at Crown Point for their first look and it was a wee bit crowded because of what a gorgeous day it was, but Katie & Brian didn’t mind at all, they were so ready to see eachother!

Brian drove his bride back to the ceremony in a classic Porsche! you can say they got some looks as they drove away!

I couldn’t get over with the GORGEOUS bouquets by Fleurology! Seriously stunning!

Absolutely LOVE how Katie’s dad is look at her as he walks her down the aisle {smiles}

They both had such heartfelt vows, Brian holding his heart as he reads his.

They were so happy to be married!!!  FAVE#1
