Dayna & Colin have called New York City their home for the last few years and have created so many beautiful memories there including getting engaged! So before they plan to make the move back to the PNW they truly wanted to capture their time in Brooklyn and specifically starting off in Brooklyn Heights Promenande where they run and have had many walks including stops for their favorite ice cream truck.
As they strolled through the Brooklyn Heights brownstone neighborhood, we surpassed some of the amazing brownstones with knickknacks in the windows and bicycles leaning on the poles. They shared some of their favorite spots they love to stop for a snack, coffee and their favorite ice cream truck which happened to be parked right in front of the Promenade! As we ended the night with amazing views of Manhattan cityscape and ofcourse the famous Brooklyn Bridge, they shared an ice cream cone and danced.
The very next morning, we decided to take this into a sunrise shoot at Prospect Park in the heart of Brooklyn, NY.We walked amongst the quiet and serene green paths and soaked in all of that nature. If you want to beat the crowds at this park, definitely recommend doing a sunrise shoot there, it is absolutely incredible.
Stay tuned for their Garden Wedding in Oregon, I can’t wait to share!
Cheers!
