Married to the love of my life and mom to two crazy awesome teenagers and a really large Weiner dog! You will find me with a cappuccino in my hands, dating my husband, laughing with a snort, re-decorating our home, and always dreaming

It's funny, I never wanted to be a photographer...
I was the little girl that used to set up a talent show in our neighborhood and choreograph each performance then add ticket sales to the mix. I was the little girl who wanted to start a flower stand and made a newsletter to send to family telling them about my new venture. I was also that girl that worked up a business plan and partnered up with a team and a reputable coffee company to have a coffee stand in our high school for a school project. I was an entrepreneur at heart and just didn't realize where that would take me eventually.
I wanted to work in advertising at Weiden & Kennedy and have that corner office and BE Darcy Maquire in What Women Want (who remembers that movie?!). I had a change of plans as advertising careers were tough to get into. My last year in college I was offered an opportunity doing sales and recruiting and I couldn't pass it up and it was great for the time. This brought me to my husband of 21 years, which is why I truly believe in fate and life's obstacles bringing you exactly where and what you need/want.
My husband bought me my first film camera because he knew I would enjoy it, thus began my fascination with how light and motion can be captured in stills. I fell in love with it and knew I was on the right path and used my entrepreneurial mindset and self taught myself the ways of photography. With very little resources back then and lack of a strong community, it was another tough business to get into. I was not going to give up easily and with the support of my husband, I was able to pursue a dream I never knew I had.
Photography found me and I never looked back.
Being trusted by hundreds upon hundreds of amazing clients as they share their lives with me is such an honor. I am inspired by so many amazing stories throughout the years
I am exactly where I was meant to be and so glad it took me on this path to find it.

Once you book your wedding with our Associate Photographer, we will set up an initial meeting to make sure you are better acquainted and chat about your engagement session plans as well as the process. We want to make sure you don't feel like a stranger showing up to photograph some of your life's biggest moments. Having a relationship with you is all part of the experience and we certainly can't wait to get to know you!
