My clients ask me for location suggestions all the time and sure I can tell you about all sorts of beautiful locations like any park in Portland but really true beauty and donwerdous places are found on the side of a road or a rustic alley way downtown in the Pearl district or even just a simple open field. This mini session with my daughter and her BFF was exactly that, on the side of the road in a weeded field with a few little patches of yellow flower. I pulled into a rugged “driveway” with my friend and her kidos and I had to laugh at the look on her face when she saw where I was going to photograph her babies! you haveto put a little faith in your photographer and just sit back and let the true beauty of you shine through. If you have seen your photographers work and you love it, then trusting them to do beautiful work for you is probably not to far fetch 🙂
