I got to Photograph Channa & Charlie’s Engagements in some of my fave spots but ofcourse we started off with a drink at the very chic Palomar first! The Decor at the Palomar is so fun, black and white check floors, pink and mustard yellow leather stools and a beautiful display of hanging plants throughout. It has that chic 60’s vibe to it for sure which we loved! And did I also mention their drinks are SOOOOOO good! Channa and I had a frozen Daiquiri and I highly suggest! Its always a great start to any engagement session to help calm the nerves you may have about your shoot and another chance to chat and get to know one another prior, don’t you think?
Next we ventured off to one of Portland’s newest bridges; Tilikum Bridge which is a pedestrian and mass transportation bridge, I love it for its clean lines and also less crowds ofcourse. Channa and Charlie had never been so it was a fun thing to show them and we had gorgeous bright sunshine that day!
Then we drove out to a favorite spot of mine off the Columbia River Gorge, with a little bit of a hike, it was so worth it and we couldn’t have gotten better weather for that sunset time I adore! The hike and rustic terrain did not stop Channa in her seriously stunning Christian Louboutin Heels and red jumpsuit from Jay Godfrey. They were so much fun as we explored the cliffs and Channa even showed me her mad skills jumping in the air in heels on a cliff might I add! Wait until you see below!
