We met at Oktoberfest at Hoppy Monk, a craft beer bar in El Paso, Texas. Adrian was an El Paso native, there celebrating with a bunch of his friends. I was a transplant to El Paso and always on the lookout for new friends. Lucky for me, my exceedingly witty pickup line of “Hi! I’m Amy” worked. Of course, it didn’t hurt that I was wearing a dirndl!
Yep folks thats how this one started and it couldn’t have been more of a match made in heaven! When we first met, they came to the studio and instantly gave them hugs as they both radiate kindness and genuine love for one another. I knew this consult would go well!
As we planned their engagement session, they really wanted something of a true Oregon look and very scenic and so I took them to one of my favorite spots on the columbia gorge and they were such a blast to photograph! They brought me several different outfit choices for our shoot and all gorgeous and fit perfectly for this location. As she was putting her outfits together and his as well, I loved how Adrian was so sweet with her, her happiness is very important to him and their love truly manifests throughout.
I couldn’t be more excited for your wedding next month!
