Melissa & Dan found one another at the perfect time. They never knew this could have been the path they were led on and it was so magical.
They wanted their wedding to be about family and not just any family, they were uniting their families as one and it was so beautiful to photograph and witness such thought and passion for their children. Â They began their day at their stunning home in Portland, they really wanted their children to have the time of their lives and told the teenagers to invite their closest friends to the wedding and to get ready together at their home. As Melissa was getting her makeup and final touches on her hair done by Austie Eckley in their beautiful kitchen, Dan was upstairs putting on his final touches as well as getting help from his son and her son.
It was time to go to Plaza Del Toro, and each still hadn’t seen each other yet as they wait for the big reveal as Melissa walks down the aisle. When we arrived to the venue, It couldn’t have been more perfect, Carisa with Adornment Events executed everything so effortlessly. Close friends and family surrounded them in a casual manner just as they wanted, and Melissa’s son walked her down the aisle, such a sweet moment!
Plaza Del Toro is such a warm and inviting spot to be married! their food is to die for and of course their drinks are what dreams are made of 😉 They had cocktails and heavy appetizers throughout and dancing, and so much love and support for their now united family unit. Such a pleasure getting to witness this all and work with such an incredible team.
